Networks is the West Virginia Adult Education and Literacy newsletter published quarterly and available to those involved in addressing the needs of adult learners. It is a collaborative publication created for, and produced by, individuals and organizations interested in adult education and literacy.

The collaborative partners include the Department of Education, Office of Adult Education and Workforce Development; the West Virginia Adult Education Association, Inc.; Literacy West Virginia; Even Start; Governor's Workforce Investment Division; Governor's Council on Literacy; Department of Health and Human Services programs; and Public Service Training.
