Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of elected officers as well as the Executive Director of WVAEA, Inc.

This committee acts in an advisory capacity to the President and decides matters of urgency between meetings of the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee is responsible for rendering a full report of its acts (if applicable) at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
