2018 Fall WVAEA, Inc. Conference Information
The 2018 annual fall conference will be held October 9-12 at Camp Dawson Event Center, 1001 Army Rd., Kingwood, WV 26537. Conference attendees will register either as commuters or as overnight attendees. Commuter fees cover registration, WVAEA, Inc. membership, breakfast and breaks in conference area, and lunch in multi-purpose building. Overnight attendee fees cover registration, WVAEA, Inc. membership, lodging, breakfast in cafeteria, breaks, and lunch and dinner catered by Liberty Restaurant in the multi-purpose building. Meals begin with lunch the day of arrival (unless you arrive Tuesday; the first meal is dinner) and end with lunch on the day of departure. All other meals outside of this time frame are the responsibility of the attendee.

Conference Fees (Overnight Attendees)
Includes lodging, resort fees, breakfast in cafeteria, lunch and dinner in multi-purpose building, breaks, registration fee, and WVAEA, Inc. membership. Rooms are single occupancy with one queen bed.

Guests will be responsible for their own meals. Please note that Camp Dawson has single rooms which includes one queen bed. If guests are staying in the same room, there is a $16 per person, per day fee (i.e. spouses, children). If additional rooms are needed, you will be responsible for the cost. Rooms are $57 per night.
Individuals cannot be permitted onto Camp Dawson property without prior notification. Adults must provide a valid photo ID.
